Do you sell wholesale beads?

Well, let's start with the trickiest one first! We offer extremely competitive prices on our retail products (check some of the larger companies and you'll see for yourself!), but we can negotiate wholesale prices to you too! We currently do not set blanket wholesale prices for many products; we work with individual requests for wholesale on particular products. We buy beads, charms and findings in pack sizes specified by our suppliers, so we will usually say that these pack sizes are the minimum order quantities for a product (which differ from product to product), and work out a more competitive price for you.

We can then either tag your order on to one we are already in the process of placing, saving any shipping charges from the supplier, or if we aren't due to place any other orders or you need the products quicker, we have pass the shipping charges incurred to you also. Although we do occasionally offer bulk discounts for larger quantities for "off-the-shelf" items, we prefer to order pack sizes in for you as it means we do not have to count, pack, label and price the products into our retail packaging, saving you even more money.

Can I request a paper catalogue of your beads?

Unfortunately we do not print a paper copy of our products. Our stock list is constantly changing, as are promotions and special offers, so printing a paper catalogue increases both costs to us and prices to you, and we want to be the best value we can for you.

Do your prices include VAT?

Bojangle Beads is not VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT on any of our products.

If I book a Jewellery Course and can't make it at the last minute, can I have a refund?

We have to make the analogy of a concert in this instance; if you had booked to go and see an act at an arena and, for whatever reason, weren't able to attend at the last minute, would the venue or organiser be expected to refund the seat to you? Unfortunately not.

This isn't to make the system unfair or unduly binding, it's to protect us from running workshops where people don't turn up. If you aren't able to make it, and can give us 3 weeks notice we will refund you, because this means we have the opportunity to re-sell your place ourselves. Within that time frame it gets very difficult for us to be able to do that, so we aren't able to refund workshops cancelled with 3 weeks of the date. We have a full "Terms & Conditions" page for our Workshops, which upon booking your place you are agreeing to.

We do however realise that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances, and we are more than happy to speak to you about your particular circumstances, but just be aware that the above is our policy and we will enforce it if deemed necessary.

Do you charge to give advice?

No! Obviously if you're asking us for detailed instructions on how to complete a project that is one of our workshops, then we can only give limited assistance, but if you have any other beading related questions, such as "How do I attach a clasp to me jewellery?" or "I'm stuck on this section of a beading pattern from a magazine, can you help?" then we will certainly offer all the help we can!
